If not\, this is one event you won’t want to miss! \nAs one of OCS’s most anticipated and well-attended events of the year\, the Annual Conference & Labour Relations Forum brings together leaders from across Ontario’s unionized ICI construction sector for engaging discussions\, shared learning\, and opportunities to connect with industry peers. \n\n\n\n\nWhat to Expect \nMonday\, September 28\nKick things off with optional late-morning golf at The Rock Golf Club in Muskoka\, followed by an evening welcome reception—a great opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces and make new connections. \nTuesday\, September 29\nA full day of professionally facilitated discussions and collaborative group exercises at the Labour Relations Forum\, focused on identifying key priorities and strategic considerations geared toward the continued building of LR capacity\, followed by an evening dinner and entertainment. \nWednesday\, September 30\nThe conference wraps up with a half-day featuring Labour Caucus & Management Caucus sessions\, an OCS presentation\, and departure before lunch.\n\n\n\n\n\n*This event is open to labour\, management\, and government stakeholders affiliated with the Ontario Construction Secretariat.
